Recipe for baked potatoes with rosemary and garlic

Here is a simple recipe for baked potatoes with rosemary and garlic:

1.5 kg of potatoes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
5-6 cloves of garlic, cut in half
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation of ingredients:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into rings, half rings or cubes, depending on your preferences.

Cooking oil with rosemary and garlic:

Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add rosemary and garlic, fry them for 2-3 minutes until the aroma appears.

Place the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a deep baking dish.
Pour the cooked butter with rosemary and garlic over the potatoes. Stir so that each piece is coated with oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Baking in the oven:

Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, stirring occasionally.

When the potatoes are ready, remove them from the oven.
Remove the rosemary and garlic, and sprinkle the dish with fresh rosemary leaves.

This dish is great as a side dish to meat or as an independent dish. The aroma of rosemary and the smell of garlic give the potatoes a special taste. Enjoy your meal!
